Sussex - Draw-Leaf Extending Dining Table

£4,670.00

Solid oak extending draw-leaf dining table is one of the earliest styles of extending tables. The leaves  store under the main tabletop. The top is lifted slightly on its frame and the leaves pulled out on each end. This was quite the modern thing in Elizabethan England. The leaves are still attached to the table with their long runners that allows them to be drawn out and even. This table extends with 2 x 60 cm leaves. The table has ex 120 mm thick vase turned legs with a joining stretcher, the top is ex 32 mm thick. We offer a choice of 3 grades of oak, character, high character with large knots cracks and undulations along with English pippy oak (cats paw) Your table will be hand-finished using a hard wearing food safe wax oil  in the colour  of your choice. Other timber grades sizes and colours are available on request. please contact our showroom for details.

We do offer a choice of legs for our refectory tables, canon or vase turned as standard, please specify in the notes at checkout.
