Delivery with 100% peace of mind...

FREE 1 man delivery on orders of £1000 and above*

  • Delivery lead-times vary depending on the furniture collection. Our handmade oak garden furniture is currently 3 weeks from placement of order, bespoke & handmade-to-order furniture and our European collections are approx. 6-8 weeks from placement of order, and most ready-made furniture is approx. 4 weeks from placement of order.  This can vary during busy periods, please enquire on order.
  • *FREE 1 MAN DELIVERY on orders of £1000 and above to UK mainland (Deliveries worked out individually at cost for Scotland NI and the Islands) Please ensure an able person is available to assist the driver for heavier items.  If you would rather leave the heavy lifting a 2 man delivery is possible and we are pleased to arrange this @ cost, please let us know if this is your preference as soon as possible after placement of your order as deliveries are ususally booked as a part load to keep costs and the carbon footprint as low as possible.

Expected Delivery Times

  • All UK and Mainland Scotland deliveries are usually dispatched within 4-8 weeks (this can be longer during busy periods)
  • We or the carrier will either call/text or email directly to confirm a delivery date and time slot
  • £50 Flat rate 1 man delivery charge for orders under £1000

Delivery problems or damaged goods

Great care and attention to detail is very important to us, your furniture leaves here having been quality checked in our workshop.  Please thoroughly check your furniture for any sign damage immediately upon delivery and point this out to the delivery driver.  Please do not sign a delivery sheet if damaged. as by signing you are confirming to the carrier that you have received your furniture it in good condition and we can not be held responasble for any damage to your furniture once you have signed for it.

For deliveries during our office hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm) if any items are damaged do not sign the delivery form, instead please call us on 01580 830066 WITH THE DELIVERY DRIVER STILL PRESENT and then email us with clear photos on: info@countrywaysoak.co.uk

Confirmation of replacement item(s) and new delivery dates will be confirmed within 48 hours (this does not apply to our handmade to order Sussex & bespoke items)

Delivery Options

  • A One man carrier or parcel delivery service. The driver can give you an indication of the approximate time they will be with you.
  • A two man delivery can be arranged @ cost.
  • You will be told what exact day they will be arriving.
  • We aim to dispatch your order within the times stated on the product information pages, but times can vary during busy periods.
  • Some items may be dispatched sooner due to stock availability.
  • If the item is not available for dispatch within the quoted dates we will contact you as soon as possible after the sale.

White Glove Service

  • Our optional White Glove Service includes a 2 man delivery, item assembly and removal of any packaging. 
  • This is charged at cost from £60 for our local deliveries and differs depending on location. This option is arranged and paid prior to delivery, please contact customer care on 01580 830066 for a quotation.
  • The delivery company will call or email you to book in your delivery.
  • A confirmation email will be sent after your order is placed confirming details (please read through carefully)

One Man Carrier

  • This service is used generally for larger or multiple items.
  • Once your item(s) is received by the carrier, the carrier will contact you in advance to book the delivery. The day offered for delivery will be in co-ordination with the delivery schedule of the carrier and their route plans that place them in your postcode area.
  • In certain remote areas of the UK our carrier may only operate a single day per week for that area.
  • The items will generally be delivered via a Luton vehicle or lorry so please be sure your property is accessible for this size of truck via the road. Some heavy items may need assistance from the customer to help carry into your home.

Parcel Carrier

  • Single and smaller items.
  • The item will be with you within 48 hours of dispatch if using this method of delivery.
  • If you are not in when they arrive they will leave a card with their contact telephone number for you to call and arrange a convenient date for re-delivery.
  • This card must be responded to within 48 hours to avoid the item being returned to us and creating an extra delivery charge of £50 for re-delivery from our warehouse.

You Collect

  • Just contact us to arrange a mutually convenient time.
  • Please note this collection service needs to be arranged in advance to ensure there is someone here to assist you.
  • Please make sure your vehicle is big enough to take the furniture.
  • All the dimensions are shown on our product pages.
  • Allow for packing when accounting for the space required!
  • Our workshop & showroom are open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, closed Saturday & Sunday
