Our outdoor benches are built using solid oak air dried timber This cross leg bench has 2 x wide planks for the top with a thickness of ex 50 mm. The seat has a small gap between each plank to allow for natural movement in the oak. The base has our x leg design produced from solid timbers with a through stretcher pegged at each end. Traditionally built to last. We have 2 x options with the finish for our benches it can be left untreated and left to go grey with age, or treated with a finishing oil which will require additional coats each year.
