The Boarded Refectory Table features a boarded top from 4 or 5 long wide planks, (ex 50mm (2") thick). The square chamfered legs are each from one solid piece of pine timber ex.100mm (4") thick. the side rails are shaped to give extra legroom and secured using a traditional mortice and tenoned joint which are pegged for additional strength. We offer a choice of 3 grades of oak, character, high character with large knots cracks and undulations along with English pippy oak (cats paw) Your table will be handfinished using a hard wearing food safe wax oil in the colour of your choice.
