Upholstery Options

Bespoke Finishing

Your chair frame will be hand-finished using a hard-wearing, food-safe wax oil in the colour of your choice, ensuring both beauty and practicality for everyday use. Our wax oil finishes are durable, easy to maintain, and enhance the natural grain of the oak.

Made to Order Craftsmanship

Each Panel Back oak dining chair is individually crafted to order in our workshop, allowing us to accommodate bespoke requirements. Whether you need specific upholstery fabrics, alternative timber grades, or particular wax oil finishes, we can create the perfect chairs for your dining space.

The Panel Back design features turned posts and front legs that add traditional period detailing, while the solid oak back panel showcases the natural beauty of the timber. The upholstered seat provides comfort for extended dining. The solid oak frame is constructed using traditional mortice and tenon joints reinforced with pegs, ensuring your chairs will serve your family for generations.

Other timber grades, sizes and finishes are available on request as well as a full bespoke service.
